Giving your web visitors the ability to instantly chat with you takes customer service to the next level. Talk.to is an online service that provides this functionality for free and we’re happy to report that we’ve fully integrated their service into our platform. To add their chat widget to your website, simply:

1. Signup for a talk.to account
2. Add your Talk.to ID into the first page of the website setup process

The widget will appear in the lower right of your website. When a customer messages you, when you are logged into the tawk.to platform, you’ll be notified and can respond to the web visitor immediately.
